Great to get back to the Yarra with this variety. Sourced from a vineyard just over the hill from Hoddles. Planted in 1995, these valance have developed a balance that flows through to the wine.

A little bit of skin contact results in a pink hue, aged in old French barriques for softening. This wine can be enjoyed now or into the future
